Natural Capital Center Parking Lot
The Lot
With 11,000 square feet of uncovered space, the Natural Capital Center's Parking Lot is the just the place for community festivals, markets, outdoor movies and concerts. Each Wednesday in July (starting on 7/10/13) Ecotrust hosts the Sundown at Ecotrust Concert Series and Innovation Showcase. Grab your bike and ride down for this unique series of outdoor concerts that tell a story about how to live deliberately in our bioregion. Each evening begins at 5:30PM and will showcase the inspiring work of Ecotrust Programs, partner organizations and talented local bands. Pedal. Listen. Connect.
Nuts & Bolts
Our rates include the use of the space, a venue coordinator to work with you on logistics, onsite security the day of your event, and a list of sustainable caterers to choose from.
Hours
The Lot is available 5PM–10PM Monday – Friday and 7AM – 10PM Saturday – Sunday for community events.
Sound
DJs and bands are welcome in The Lot. However, all amplified sound above 65 dBA requires a noise variance from the City of Portland. All sound must end by 10PM.
Parking
If you are renting the full parking lot, you must coordinate, pay for, and setup six offsite parking spaces for the Natural Capital Center retailers.
Access to Restrooms
Restrooms are located on the 2nd floor of the building. Limited access to these facilities is included in your rental. However, depending on your number of guests, you may need to provide additional portal toilets.
Electricity
Electricity is not included in the rental. Please make arrangements for generators through an outside vendor.
